Daphne John
FOUNDER/CEO · GRÜNDERIN/GESCHÄFTSFÜHRUNG
M.A. Education, Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance certified), Coach
Daphne John is the founder of Padmanau Studio GmbH, based in Berlin. She works at the intersection of education, international cooperation, and organisational development. With a background in educational science (M.Ed.), and as a certified yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance) and coach, she brings together multisectoral experience from administration, marketing, translation, human resources, and teaching. She designs and coordinates projects that connect people, ideas, and institutions across Europe, focusing on future skills, intercultural competence, work-based learning, and inclusive learning environments. Her work is guided by a holistic perspective that values sustainable, practice-oriented outcomes and the development of metacompetences, integrating physical and mental health into learning processes. As a project manager, trainer, and facilitator, Daphne is known for a genuinely people-centered approach. She has worked in Erasmus+ projects, corporate training formats, and cross-sector partnerships, supporting organisations in turning complex goals into collaborative processes that work across cultures.

Olesia Moroz
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Regional transformation | Civic engagement | Building connections across communities & sectors
Olesia Moroz is a project manager working across community, culture, and regeneration. She designs and facilitates projects that bring together diverse perspectives and support collective learning. With experience in international cooperation, she is interested in how communities adapt, collaborate, and shape new visions in times of change. She works with formats that support exchange, orientation, and practical collaboration, particularly in contexts where people come from different professional, cultural, or social backgrounds. Her approach focuses on creating clarity while allowing space for multiple perspectives to emerge and connect. Olesia works in project-based learning environments, creating spaces where people can engage openly, reflect, and work through different viewpoints. She pays close attention to group dynamics and supports processes that move beyond coordination towards real collaboration. She speaks Ukrainian, German, and English and works comfortably in diverse, international teams. Her work for Padmanau includes supporting project development in contexts related to refugees and professionals working with them.

Fabiola Arriaga Flores
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
M.A. International and Development Economics
Fabiola Arriaga Flores is a development economist (M.A.) with experience in consulting, international finance, and development cooperation. Her work centres on evidence-based approaches to socio-environmental impact, with a particular interest in climate, gender equity, and inclusive development. She brings strong analytical and research skills, combined with training in systems thinking and environmental assessment. She is particularly interested in how data and evaluation can support better decision-making in complex environments. Fabiola works across cultural and institutional contexts and contributes to projects with a structured, reflective, and solution-oriented approach. She has also facilitated learning formats and contributed to the design of course materials, connecting analytical work with applied learning. Fluent in Spanish, English, and German, she works across languages and cultural contexts with ease and clarity. She has worked on projects across Latin America and Europe, including the META-COIN project at Padmanau, focusing on evaluation, analysis, and process improvement in the context of international collaboration and future skills development.

Lara Nachtigall
GRAFIC DESIGN
Lara Nachtigall brings long-standing experience in visual communication and design, combining a refined sense for aesthetics with a strong understanding of functional brand expression. Lara Nachtigall supports corporate design, layouting for print and online publications as well as logo development in the project work.
Her work reflects a consistent ability to translate complex content into clear, visually compelling design systems that remain coherent across different media and formats. Over time, she has built a reliable design practice that bridges concept and execution, ensuring that visual identities are not only visually striking but also strategically aligned with the needs of clients and audiences.
