THE METACOMPETENCES

Metacompetences are the foundational psychological and cognitive skills that determine how effectively an individual can acquire, adapt, and apply all other specific or technical knowledge.

Unlike job-specific skills, metacompetences are universal to be understood as a basis for the capacity to learn and evolve. Training in metacompetences focuses on optimizing the individual’s „operating system,“ ensuring that any new technical training yields maximum, sustained professional impact.

We fuse metacompetence learning with actionable physical and mental health practices for selfcare throughout the day.
